BMD – Plug Gauge DIATEST
Specification:
– Static and dynamic measurement
– Detection of dimensional deviations and shape defects
– As a hand tool in bores directly at the machine
– Fitting in measuring fixtures and machines
The selection of gauging contact material depends on composition and design of the work piece: Carbide, Hard chrome, Ceramic, Ruby, Plastic, Diamond.

– Measurement of Blind Bores(Flat-Bottom): from 2,0 (T-BMD-FB) to 150 mm,
– Measurement of O.D.: from 20 to 100 mm,

Chamfer Gauges
Specification:
Indicating measuring instruments for diameter measurement of conical bores, external cones or 45° chamfers. Internal Taper Gauges IKT: measure the largest diameter of a conical bore or a conical groove
– IKT60 for cone < 60° = Measuring range 0.5 to 121 mm, several instruments needed
– IKT90 for cone < 60° and > 90°= Measuring range 0.5 to 120 mm, several instruments needed
– IKT127 for cone < 90° and => 127° = Measuring range 0.5 to 121 mm, several instruments needed
– Calibration at factory or with setting master
External Taper Gauges AKT: measure the smallest diameter of an external cone.
– AKT60 for cone < 60° = Measuring range 5 to 121 mm, several instruments needed
– AKT90 for cone > 60° and < 90° = Measuring range 5 to 120 mm, several instruments needed
– AKT127 for cone > 90° and <127° = Measuring range 5 to 120 mm, several instruments needed

Split Ball Probe
Specification:
The modular design with extensive accessories enables gauging of most common bores. This allows a use for serial and individual control as well as preferentially in the plant directly at the production machine.
Range of application:
– Standard probes, hard chrome plated: Ø 0.47 – 41.1mm
– Standard probes, carbide inserted:Ø 1.5 – 41.1 mm
– Standard probes, ceramic inserted: Ø 3.7 – 41.1 mm
– Blind bore probes, hard chrome plated: Ø 1.5 – 41.1 mm
– T-3P: 3 – Point probes: Ø 4.75 – 150.6 mm

Plunger probe
Specification:
Features of the indicating 2-point gauges are easy handling, adaptability to most bore gauging applications and large measuring ranges. They are often used for single measurement of larger diameters.
Range of application:
– Standard plunger probes: Ø 19.5 – 332.0 mm (0.768 – 13.071 Inch)
– Blind bore style (FB): Ø 38.5 – 343.0 mm (1.516 – 13.504 Inch)
The standard plunger probes are produced in four different sizes (MK5, MK6, MK7-plus and MK8-plus). The blind bore styled plunger probes are offered in two different designs (MK6FB and MK8FB)
Accuracy of standard style: repeatability is = < 1 um
Zero setting of the gauge can be made in a setting ring, slip gauge, setting device or a centering disk which is clamped onto a micrometer spindle (not suited for style FB).

DIA-COME
Specification:
Flexible und sturdy measuring tables for measurement of I.D. and O.D.
DIA-COME measuring tables are offered in different sizes, layouts and measuring ranges.
They are often used close to the production machine, e. g. for measurement of samples.
DIA-COME C2 measuring tables are available in 3 sizes. They have a fixed and a moving measuring contact. Measuring range of the moving contact is 20 mm. The C2 tables cover different measuring ranges:
– I.D. from 30 – 275 mm
– O.D. from 0 – 245 mm
– Internal gear gauge Mi = 70 – 275 mm
– External gear gauge Ma = 0 – 245 mm
DIA-COME C3 measuring tables are available in 4 sizes. They have two fixed and one moving measuring contact. Measuring range of the moving contact is 20 mm. The C3 tables cover different measuring ranges:
– I.D. from 35 – 450 mm
– O.D. from 0 – 420 mm
In order not to distort or damage the work piece the measuring force can be continuously adjusted. Measuring accuracy is ± 2 μm.
